Stay enquiries
When you submit the form, your name, email address and enquiry text are sent to Les Gardes through Netlify Forms and stored in the Netlify dashboard. Your enquiry may include dates, the number of guests and your preferred room. Your details are submitted only when you select Send enquiry. You can also email us directly.
Data and purpose
When you use the form or email us, we receive your email address, your message and any details you include, such as your name, dates, guest numbers and room preference. We use these to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You choose any additional information you provide.
Retention and access
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up your enquiry. If a stay is confirmed, information needed for the booking and records subject to legal retention requirements are kept for the applicable period. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to handle the enquiry or provide the services.
Technical services
Netlify hosts the website and processes and stores enquiries through Netlify Forms. Squarespace provides the domain and DNS. Les Gardes uses Google Workspace for email. Technical services may process connection information, including your IP address. Some providers are based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, depending on the applicable legal basis, portability or object to processing.
